Heat dissipation solid film lubricant coating for the electronic and lighting industry.

ThermKote 100 is a resin bonded thermal conductive coating applied to metal surfaces designed to protect, lubricate and radiate heat.

Radiate heat from metal parts such as lighting fixtures and electronic heat sinks

Protects metal from corrosion

Provide maximum chemical and solvent resistance.

As a high temperature solid film lubricant

Metal Preparation: All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, degreased, free of rust, oxides or other surface impurities. Recommended pretreatments:

Aluminum – Chemical Conversion Coat or unsealed anodize

Steel- Abrasive clean and phosphate coat or acid etch primer

Stainless Steel- Abrasive clean, metal etch or acid etch primer

Titanium – Abrasive Clean

1) Mix well, 5 minutes in paint shaker

2) Use as is or reduce with Acetone as required

3) Apply with spray gun , recommended thickness .0003 to .0006 in.

4) Heat cure, 350 deg F for 1 hour

App.temp: Ambient (< 90 degF)

Cure: 350 deg F for 1 Hour

Shelf Life: 1 year from date of manufacture

Storage: Store in closed container. Store between 32 deg F and 75 deg F

Solids: >42% as concentrate

VOC <560 g/l, 4.7 Lbs/Gal as concentrate. (<719 g/l, 7.2 Lbs/Gal diluted)
